Renowned for their love of asparagus, Claude Bosi and Margot Henderson OBE join forces on the 15th of April for the final instalment of Socca Seasons. The four-course menu will highlight the tender and buttery flavours of the newly grown spears this coming spring.
The 15th of April brings us to the final instalment of Socca Seasons. Claude Bosi will be joined by Chef Margot Henderson OBE, co-founder of Rochelle Canteen and The Three Horseshoes.
Margot began her journey at the Eagle in Farringdon and later joined her future husband, chef Fergus Henderson, to open the renowned French House dining room in Soho. Margot, along with Melanie Arnold, founded Arnold & Henderson. In 2006, they expanded their culinary footprint with Rochelle Canteen, emphasising seasonal produce and local ingredients. Her latest project is The Three Horseshoes in Batcombe, Somerset, a pub with rooms that opened in April 2023.
