The arrival of the warmest season of the year hails the start of the very best of the season; courgettes.
As a homage to this seasonal favourite, the newest additions to our A La Carte menu feature our refreshing Courgette Flowers with lemon and Trompetta Courgette Salad with mint, black olive and lemon.
