Our New Year’s Eve menu features Grilled Oysters and Ravioli of Delicate Pumpkins, with Puglia burrata cream complemented by the subtle notes of sage and earthy winter truffles. Exquisite Roasted Monkfish, harmonised with a Jerusalem artichoke purée and burgundy sauce and succulent Roasted Foie Gras, enriched with the sweetness of English apples and a hint of cinnamon, seamlessly paving the way for our pièce de résistance – the Roasted Challan Duck.

Culminating into a gastronomic experience a delicate Apple Tatin is perfectly paired with our Christmas pudding ice cream to finish.
