This November and in the months to follow, we are thrilled to introduce Socca Seasons, a unique series of one-night-only events showcasing the finest produce from the South of France and Britain.
From November to April, our South Audley Street Bistro hosts some of London’s most prominent chefs for a series of one-night-only events paying tribute to the South of France and Britain’s most celebrated seasonal ingredients.
On November 20th, Max Rocha and Claude Bosi showcase the truffle, creating indulgent dishes that highlight this coveted ingredient. On January 22nd, we welcome Jackson Boxer as we present the finest seafood from British waters. On February 26th, indulge in the refinement of Menton lemon, presented by Claude Bosi and Ben Marks. Lastly, on April 15th, delight in spring’s finest asparagus with Claude Bosi and Margot Henderson.
