Seafood: With Jackson Boxer
On January 22nd, Claude Bosi and Jackson Boxer will be serving the finest seafood sourced from British waters.
The second instalment of Socca Seasons brings the finest of British seafood to our South Audley Street Bistro. Our Co-Founder Claude Bosi will partner with Jackson Boxer, on the 26th of January, to showcase a bounty of fresh and skillfully prepared seafood.
Jackson Boxer, a seasoned chef, began his career as a kitchen porter for Margot Henderson (who joins us for the last instalment of the series). After gaining multiple experiences, Jackson and his brother, Frank Boxer, co-founded Brunswick House, evolving it from a pop-up into a renowned dining venue. Today, he leads the kitchens at Brunswick House and Orasay and has recently opened Jackson Boxer at The Corner in Selfridges.
