The second instalment of Socca Seasons brings the finest of British seafood to our South Audley Street Bistro. Our Co-Founder Claude Bosi will partner with Jackson Boxer, on the 22nd of January, to showcase a bounty of fresh and skillfully prepared seafood.

Jackson Boxer, a seasoned chef, began his career as a kitchen porter for Margot Henderson (who joins us for the last instalment of the series). After gaining multiple experiences, Jackson and his brother, Frank Boxer, co-founded Brunswick House, evolving it from a pop-up into a renowned dining venue. Today, he leads the kitchens at Brunswick House and Orasay and has recently opened Jackson Boxer at The Corner in Selfridges.
