Max Rocha, chef and owner of Café Cecilia, kicks off Socca Seasons alongside our Co-founder Claude Bosi on the 20th of November. Highlighting the first ingredient of this four-part series that centres around one ingredient at a time – Truffles. The two come together to cook up a storm in our kitchen, serving a four-course menu that showcases the versatility of the treasured ingredient.
Max Rocha’s East London-based restaurant Cafe Cecilia draws inspiration from the seasonal ingredients around him and his mother’s cooking during his upbringing in Ireland.
