Our specially curated Menu des Artistes draws inspiration from the vibrant colours and textures of the art collection surrounding you. The festive menu celebrates seasonal ingredients and offers a blend of bold flavours—whether it’s the Srispy squid with a hint of lime and chilli, the smoky Roasted Brassica Salad, or the indulgent Paccheri pasta.
