Our Inspiration
Set on a sun-kissed corner of South Audley street in a Grade II listed building, our retreat showcases the artistic heritage of the French Riviera.
Our Grand Salon features white-washed hand painted stucco walls, monochrome mosaic details, and neoclassical elements. Tributing the painting style of Raoul Dufy and dotted with young up and coming talent showcased in a series of rotational exhibits, the space reflects the warmth and intimacy of L’Auberge Provençal.
As an homage to Jean Cocteau’s fabled frescoes, the walls of our Petit Salon are tattooed with a seafoam blue hand-painted mural wrapping. Enveloped with symbolic charcoal renderings, our bijou dining room is envisaged as a looking glass into the whimsical wonder of the artists’ mind.
